Happy New Year

Oliver is pulling up on anything that will hold still long enough (which at times is a while...his balance isn't great). We found out yesterday that he will be getting tubes in his ears soon, probably sometime in February. Hopefully that will be the end of the ear infections.

Oliver received new toys for Christmas from Grandpa and Grandma Menkveld. Since we aren't going to be in Kentucky over Christmas, Oliver got to open them early.

Crawling Update

I am sure that everyone has been waiting to see if Oliver can crawl yet. He is now doing some sort of hybrid crawl. Check it out...

Oliver also got to see Santa at the Holiday Pops today. Uncle Harland was Santa Claus. This picture is a bit blurry, and it is from my phone, so it is not very good. You'll get the gist of it anyway.

Moving

Nothing has gone right over the last week-and-a-half, but we finally seem to be settling in after our crazy moving adventure and all of us catching a stomach bug from Oliver's daycare. I LOVE the new apartment. Oliver has a great bedroom/playroom. The living room is now finished. The kitchen is almost done. We are still working on the dining room, office, and our bedroom. Here are a few pics from the last couple weeks. We can't wait to see you all at Christmas!

This is not the best video of Oliver and Griffin, but the two really are playing together. I have not managed to capture any of the times Oliver has come away with a handful of Griffin's fur. Griffin has been very good about it--usually just walks away (and stays away for hours).
